Support GWCL electronic billing and payment system - 

The Chief Manager, Commercials of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Gyakabene Kwasi Amponsem, has asked Ghanaians to support the company e-billing and e-payment system being rolled out. 

Mr. Amponsem said this when he launched the Upper West Regional version of “LIFT 2018” in Wa. 

In this report, Emmanuel Mensah-Abludo says the event was also used to sign a memorandum of understanding at two levels.
