Parliament has reconvened after a six week recess. The first day of the second meeting saw the laying of four trade agreements by government. The four which are geared at avoiding double taxation also seks to prevent fiscal evasion with respect to taxes. They are between Ghana and the Czech Republic, Kingdom of Morocco, Mauritius, and Singapore. The ranking member on the Finance committee, Casiel Ato Forson however, says, the the nature and number of agreement's leaves more questions than answers.
