Adabraka: Residents appeal to Jekora Ventures to collect waste 

Residents of Adabraka, a suburb of Accra have appealed to the local authorities to impress upon Waste Management Companies operating in the area to honour their agreements by collecting waste from the community regularly.  

They fear an eminent outbreak of cholera and other diseases due to the piles of refuse all over the community. 

The residents claimed the waste management company, Jekora Ventures which collects waste thrice a week in the area has for some weeks now failed to do its job resulting in piles of waste.
