CLOGSAG takes on ministers for using ‘Special Assistants’ Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana, (CLOGSAG) said it can point to several Ministers in government who are adopting illegal and unorthodox ways of doing away from civil servants. However, Executive Secretary of CLOGSAG, Isaac Bampoe Addo, singled out Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta. He accused Mr. Ofori-Atta of recruiting staff outside the civil service to head divisions and departments within the Ministry of Finance.
