Former COCOBOD Boss, Opuni slapped with over 27 counts of causing financial loss A former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana COCOBOD, Dr. Stephen Kwabena Opuni, will on March 23, 2018, face an Accra High Court for causing financial loss to the state. The Attorney General has filed a case of causing financial loss to the State. Charged along with Dr. Opuni is one Seidu Agongo. A total of 27 charges have been levelled against them. In February 2017, the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) froze the assets of Dr. Opuni as part of investigations into his period as CEO of COCOBOD.
