President Akufo-Addo leaves Ghana for educational conference in Senegal President Akufo-Addo has left Accra to attend the International Conference on the “Replenishment of the Funds of the Global Partnership for Education. This is on the invitation of Senegalese President Macky Sall, France President Emmanuel Macron. The Ghanaian delegation includes Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, the Minister for Education, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh; and officials of the Presidency, Foreign and Education Ministries. A statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin said the President Akufo-Addo will return to Ghana on the same day February 2, 2018.
