Use enormous resources to battle against climate change - Dr.  Delali Dovie

As Scientists, World Leaders, Ministers, CSOs on Environment prepare to meet in Bonn, Germany for the Global Climate Conference, the Regional Institute for Population Studies, RIPS at the University of Ghana, is drawing attention to climate issues in cities.  

This is because extreme weather phenomenon is fuelling migration to cities and compounding climate issues. 

Dr. Delali Dovie of RIPS at a Pre-Climate Conference in Accra, said the battle against climate change will be largely won if enormous resources are effectively deployed to deal with challenges, such as extreme flooding and storms.
