Court orders release of autopsy report for Major Mahama 

The Accra Central district court has ordered the pathology department of 37 Military Hospital to release the full autopsy report on the late major Maxwell Mahama to the Director General of CID, before the 26th of this month, which is also, the next adjourned date. 

In default, the Court says Dr. Lawerence Adusei who conducted the autopsy must come and explain to the Court why it has delayed the released of the report. 

The order comes after the prosecutor, DSP George Amegah told the Court presided over by Ebenezer Kwaku Ansah that without it, the advise it seeks on the duplicate document before the Attorney-General will be a challenge. 

DSP Amegah indicated that the full autopsy report is material in speeding up the committal process of the late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama.
