Wildfires kill at least 10 in California wine country

Parts of California's wine region have been ravaged by fast-spreading fires that have killed at least 10 people.

Mass evacuations have taken place and at least one thousand 500 properties have been destroyed.

Seven other people have been killed in the Sonoma county. 

About twenty thousand people have fled the Napa, Sonoma and Yuba counties. 

The governor of California has declared an emergency.
