Ghana School of Law admission: Supreme Court sets date for judgement The Supreme Court will next month give Judgment on a suit challenging the mode of admission into the Ghana School of Law. A seven-member panel of the Supreme Court, presided over by Justice Jones Dotse, has set June 22, to give its judgement in response to Professor Kwaku Asare’s suit. The case, which has seen delays and adjournments, to the displeasure of both the Court and the Plaintiff, is expected to see a conclusion on the date fixed Tuesday in Court. All the parties to the suit indicated they had agreed to and filed a joint memorandum of issues and therefore had no more processes to file. GBC
