Labour Consultant pushes for coherent policy to promote productivity in public sector

A labour consultant Austin Gamey says there is the need to have a coherent policy that will promote productivity in the public sector. 

Mr Gamey bemoaned the situation in which salary increase within the public sector does not have a corresponding output in the sector. 

Acknowledging the many concerns raised by President Akufo-Addo on low productivity within the public sector, Mr Gamey indicated that productivity is driven by leaders hence leadership must be proactive.
