Unemployed Nurses to picket Presidency if not posted in Two Weeks Graduate Nurses who picketed the Ministry of Health have suspended their action. The nurses, who had waited for their postings for the past nine months, spent the last three days at the ministry. A member of the Coordinating team, Abdul-Latif, told Radio Ghana they have been in talks with officials of the ministry and are convinced that the issue will be resolved. He however, said they are giving government a two-week ultimatum after which they will picket the Presidency if nothing positive is done. Chief Director at the Ministry, Dr Afisah Zachariah said efforts are being made to resolve the issue. GBC
