Chief Imam commends media for campaign against illegal mining

The National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharabutu has commended the ongoing effort by the media and other actors in fighting illegal mining activities popularly called galamsey.
 
Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Personal Assistant to the National Chief Imam, Alhaji Khuzaima Osman said the initiative is a holy and patriotic one and should be fully supported.
