Training institute in Sandema sinking in debts as subvention delays 

The perennial delays by government in releasing feeding grants and subvention for the Sandema Youth Leadership and Skills Training Institute is affecting operations of the institute. 

Currently in its second term, the school is without feeding grants and subvention. 

This has led to huge indebtedness to suppliers, eventually leading to attacks and harassment and occasional student unrest.
