President Akufo-Addo Swears In First Batch Of 25 Deputy Ministers

President Akufo-Addo has sworn in the first batch of 25 Deputy Ministers with a call to justify their selection. 

The President noted that their success will vindicate his choice from a pool of talents. 

Speaking at a ceremony at the Banquet Hall of the State House, President Akufo-Addo again cautioned them to be loyal to their ministers. 

He said an act of disloyalty against any minister will be construed to be an act of disloyalty against the President, the party and the state. 

President Akufo-Addo asked them to seize the opportunity to serve with humility to build a prosperous Ghana.

The President also cautioned them not to abandon Parliament because of their new portfolios as deputy ministers. 

On behalf of the Deputy Ministers, the Deputy Information, Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah was grateful to the President for the confidence reposed in them.
