Garden City Special School children involved in accident

Some pupils of the Garden City Special School for Mentally Handicapped Children at Asokore Mampong in the Ashanti Region have been involved in an accident at Aboabo. 

The pupils sustained injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. 

This was after the school bus on which they were traveling on from their school to Kumasi for a float in commemoration of the School’s 40th anniversary allegedly veered off its lane into the opposite one. 

According to witnesses, the school bus first hit a four by four vehicle before ramming into a stationary articulated truck injuring the children with the bus also damaged.
