President Mahama inaugurates Takrowase Community Day SHS President Mahama begins Eastern Region tour with inauguration of Takrowase Community Day Senior High School President John Mahama has reiterated the importance of secondary education in the development of the country. Speaking at the inauguration of the Takrowase Community Senior High School in the Eastern Region, President Mahama said the school will help accommodate the hundreds of students who passed their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) examination but are not placed by the computerised placement system. He charged the chiefs of the area to ensure the maintenance of the school and equipment to prolong their life span. He was addressing Chiefs and people of Takrowase in the Eastern Region where he inaugurated a Community Senior High School to begin his five day campaign tour of the region. President Mahama made some announcements concerning the construction of infrastructure in the area. The Eastern Regional Minister, Mavis Ama Frimpong, commended President Mahama for his achievement in the educational sector in the region. GBC
