MP for Navrongo Central promises more development as he launches campaign

The MP for Navrongo Central, Mark Owen Woyongo says  the rate of development in the Navrongo municipality for the past four years is unprecedented and phenomenal. 

To this effect, he has promised to do even more for the development of the constituency if he is given the nod to serve a second term.  

Mr Woyongo who is also a minister of state gave the promise when he launched his campaign in Navrongo.

Hundreds of party enthusiasts converged on the COS park to offer their full support to the one man who has brought massive development to the area which are all geared towards empowering the youth and improving the well being of the people at large. 

The crowd was difficult to control at the sight of Ghana’s boxer Bukom Banko and John Dumelo, one of the best actors in the movie industry. 

Some distinguished personalities were also there to grace the occasion. 

They include the CEO of National Petroleum Authority, Moses Asanga, John Akolgo Tia, an Ambassador to Cuba and Cletus Avoka, MP for Bawku West Constituency and a Board Chairman of Ghana Immigration Service. 

Addressing the crowd,  the MP Mark Woyongo mentioned the unprecedented development that have taken place in the areas of water supply, roads, health, electricity, youth employment and education, all of which he explained, are  his priority areas and are geared towards improving the living standards of the people.

He said President Mahama deserves a second term to continue with his excellent performance especially in the area of infrastructural development. 

The MP said  he has no doubt that the President will do all it takes to bridge the yawing development gab between the north and the south if he gets the nod. 

He said there is no better man to do this job and impressed on the people not to let the president down adding that he expects not less that seventy percent of the votes for him and the president. 

Speaker after speaker re-echoed the need for the people to  vote massively for the MP and the president.
