Sports Minister: Ghana must pay attention to youth development The Minister for Youth and Sports, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye, says the youth have not been well developed to appreciate the nation. In his view, a large section of today's youth, lack the patriotism that existed among the older generation because the current generation of youth have been ignored. This is why some people think they should be worshipped for wearing the national jersey to represent the country in football games and demand huge winning bonuses as a result. Mr Vanderpuye was speaking at a community service awards in Accra. GBC
