Tourism Minister pushes for Creative Arts Bill

The latest in a series of regional consultative workshops on the Creative Arts Industry Bill has ended successfully in Sunyani. 

It was organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts for stakeholders in the industry. 

The Brong-Ahafo Region became the seventh to host the event aimed at soliciting views of industry player’s to enhance the passage of the bill into law. 

Speaking at the forum, the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Elizabeth Ofosu Agyare, pushed for the Creative Arts Bill, to bring the sector at par with both the Tourism and Culture aspects of the Ministry which already have legal backing.
