Suspended NPP Chairman testifies in suit against party The suspended National Chairman of the NPP, Paul Afoko has been testifying in the suit brought against the Party by its suspended second National Vice Chairman, Sammy Crabbe. Mr Afoko told the Human Rights Court hearing the case that the appointment of Gifty Kusi by the Minority Leader to the National Disciplinary Committee as a representative of the Parliamentary Caucus is improper and unconstitutional. According to Mr Afoko, the appointment of Madam Kusi should have been done through the National Council of which the Disciplinary Committee is a sub committee. Mr Afoko also told the court that he did not authorized the swearing in of Madam Kusi by the Ist Vice Chairman thereby rendering the process unconstitutional. GBC
