Accused Koala Robber Denies Shooting Victim One of the accused persons involved in the robbery attack on staff of Koala, has told a circuit court in Accra that he did not shoot the victim. The accused, Stanley Obaliko said he only struggled with the victim, Lydia Horsu in an attempt to snatch her bag. Stanley was cross examining Lydia at the Court Thursday. Before the cross examination, Lydia who appeared in court walking with the aid of clutches recounted how the alleged robbery took place at Cantonments in Accra in January. She told the court that the incident nearly cost her, her left leg. Her account confirmed the story by the prosecution. But the accused refuted the victim's claim describing it as a deception of the court. Stanley said the victim cannot claim to know him because on the day of the incident, he was wearing a helmet which covered his face. GBC
