Fruit bats threaten spill over of Ebola in 19 African countries 

Nineteen (19) African countries are at risk of getting a spill over of the Ebola outbreak due to huge number of fruit bats in these countries. 

In view of this. Ebola experts in effected countries and the countries at risk of the spill over, have met in Accra to network and draw experiences from affected countries on how they dealt with their outbreaks.  

A US based ‘Paul Allen Ebola programme’ through data collection, has come up with models in predicting the spill over and shared that data at the programme.
