BoG Governor to brief parliament on micro finance companies

The Governor of the Bank of Ghana (BoG), Dr Kofi Wampah, is expected in Parliament next week Thursday (March 3). 

Dr. Wampa will on Thursday give further clarification on the operation of micro finance companies.

Although the Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper appeared before Parliament on Tuesday (February 23) over the same issue, it was apparent that the Governor of the Central Bank also had to come in with more information.

This meeting with the MP's will however be a closed sitting.
