All set for Olivet Voices’ ‘Lift Him High’ 2016 The Olivet Voices, a contemporary gospel group of the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church in Dansoman, Accra, will tonight (February 20th) thrill their fans and the general public at a concert dubbed, “Lift Him High” 2016. The group has previously organised similar events in the past five years as part of its core objective of evangelizing through music. "Lift Him High" is a concert that offers a platform for God’s children to come together each year to worship as a body and family. This year’s event under the theme, "Jesus Is All" comes off at the forecourt of the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church in Dansoman at 4pm (local time) and promises to be exciting and spirit filled. Apart from the host choir Olivet Voices, other gospel musicians expected to entertain patrons at the concert include Amy Newman, Ghana's rising gospel sensation, Eugene Zuta and the talented all male singing group, the Manifest. Olivet Voices consists of an eager group of individuals from the Mt. Olivet Methodist Society in Dansoman. Since the group’s inception in 1989, their core objective has been to evangelize to people through music. The group has two albums to their credit and looks forward to bringing out more Christian music in the coming years to bless souls. GBC
