Police tasked to clampdown on criminals

The Police have been tasked to devise innovative means to clamp down on current day criminals whose mode of operations is becoming increasingly sophisticated. 

This could be well executed when the citizenry takes up their civic responsibility of reporting suspicious characters to the law enforcement agencies. 

The Upper West Regional Minister, Alhaji Amidu Sulemana made the call at the inauguration of a police station and quarters at Issa, the capital of the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District.
