President Mahama Visits Iran's Leading Power Generation Industry 


President John Mahama, has visited Iran's leading power generation industry the MAPNA Turbine Engineering and manufacturing Company in Tehran. 

The MAPNA Group is made up of Iranian companies involved in the development of Thermal, renewable power, Oil and Gas and other industrial projects. 

The visit to the industrial hub was to enable President Mahama, familiarize with how alternative sources of power like the wind Turbine operates. 

This is especially so, as government has in the long term planned to invest in alternative power sources like Wind and solar energy. 

President Mahama, was impressed with activities of the company after he was conducted round the huge facility.
