Four political parties kick against use of heritage fund The four political parties with representation in Parliament, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), New Patriotic Party (NPP), Convention People’s Party (CPP) and Peoples National Convention (PNC) have unanimously kicked against any suggestions to use the heritage fund. They have also kicked against spending part of the fund now. Representatives of the parties stated their position in the first Oil and Gas forum in Accra.
