Fire outbreak in Brong Ahafo on the rise

The Brong Ahafo Regional Fire Command just under ten days into this month has responded to 213 fire incidents as against 98 such incidents by the end of February last year. 

This represents an increase of 117 percent as against last year’s figure. 

Bush fires and domestic fires accounted for more than 75 percent of the fire incidents recorded.
