NCA cautions internet users against posting offensive information

The National Communications Authority, NCA, has cautioned users of the internet against taking undue advantage of the resource to churn out offensive information. 

According to the NCA, every information sent out using the computer can be traced to its original source. 

The source of the information, either written or pictorial could one day be apprehended to face the laws of the country.
