Maiden Ghana ICT week launched in Accra

The maiden Ghana ICT week has been launched in Accra. 

The five day programme is slated for the 16th to the 21st of May this year and will bring on board stakeholders in information, Communication, Technology to brainstorm on how to move the sector forward. 

As part of the week, there will be the West African Telecom summit and Exposition, the Ghana Information Technology and Telecom Awards as well as promoting sports through ICT. 

Launching the week, the Chief Executive Officer of Instinct Wave organisers of the programme, Akin Naphtal, said Ghana's ICT development is immense and must be projected for the outside world to see how far the country has come in its infrastructural development.
