Blakk Rasta apologises before bar of Parliament 

Parliament has summoned Abubakar Ahmed alias Blakk Rasta, before the Bar of the House to apologize for saying on air that 80 percent of MPs smoke wee. 

This was the recommendation of the Privileges Committee of Parliament as it presented its reports on the contempt charges leveled against Blakk Rasta and Pharmaco - Vigilance Expert, Prof. Alex Dodoo. 

It however discharged Prof. Dodoo of his contempt charge.
