GBC donates television sets to 8 selected hospitals in Accra

The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation,GBC, has presented eight 42-inch Television sets and 8 Radios to selected hospitals in the Greater Accra Region. 

The presentation forms part of activities marking its 80th anniversary celebrations. 

The beneficiary hospitals are Maamobi, Mamprobi, La, Adabraka, Nima, Ridge, Accra Psychiatric and Achimota hospitals. 

The Director General of GBC, Major Albert Don Chebe said the items are to bring joy and satisfaction to patients and hopefully contribute to their recovery.

In appreciation, representatives of the recipient hospitals promised that the items will be put to good use.
