Upgrade National Sanitation exercise to whip up massive public participation - Vladimir Antwi Danso

The Acting Executive Director of the Centre for Local Governance and Advocacy, Dr. Vladimir Antwi Danso says, the National Sanitation Day though a laudable idea needs to be intensified and expanded to whip up massive public participation.

He suggested that, government use programmes and activities that appeal to the emotions and patriotic interests of the public to make the exercise successful.

Dr. Antwi Danso was speaking at the launch of the second edition of The Decentralisation Eye', a quarterly newsletter on Local Governance.
